The free trial gives you access to the full Aspire360 platform — the admin dashboard, course builder and BeBot — plus a selection of courses from the library. It does not include access to the full course catalogue, which is available on a paid plan. No credit card is required and there is no obligation to continue after the trial.

Most organisations are live within a day of signing up. We handle the initial setup for you — including your branding, user import and first course assignments — as part of free onboarding on every plan. You do not need to involve your IT team to get started.
Yes. You can upload existing videos, documents and SCORM-compatible courses and track them alongside the ready-made library. The course builder also lets you create new content, with BeBot to help you draft it faster.
Can I use my own training content?

Annual plans are billed yearly. There is no minimum term beyond the annual commitment, and no long-term lock-in. Monthly billing is available at a 15% premium over the annual rate.

Aspire360 is priced per user per year with volume discounts at 21, 101 and 251 users. Headcount is declared at purchase and reviewed annually. If your team grows during the year, we handle the adjustment at renewal. There are no surprise mid-year invoices.

Every plan includes a dedicated onboarding contact who stays with you through the first weeks. After that, ongoing support is available by email on all plans — no support tiers, no extra charges. Larger organisations on the Platform + Digital + Compliance plan receive a dedicated customer success manager.
